NoMaze is a web-based software that integrates with your existing Database. On the website you will find interactive visualizations that help you understand your data intuitively.
We constantly improve the software to better suit your needs and to help you find the most interesting correlations.

Candidate selection is one of the most important and impactful steps in the creation of better and safer plants for both human and animal food supply. We see unique challenges in the process of interpreting the data generated in the process and want to contribute to the global advancement of plant research.

As a web-app you can access NoMaze on any device with a web browser. However the current version is optimized for use on Desktop computers and it is recommended to use a screen with a 4:3 ratio or wider.

We have a free forever public version of our software available on the Prototype page.

NoMaze is currently designed specifically around the needs of plant breeders looking for the best candidates in their experiments.
Therefore many preconfigured visualizations are only valid in the domain of phenotypic data eg. from a Maize population.
However we plan to generalize the software to other use cases in the future - if you think we should consider your data first, please contact us at [email protected]!

NoMaze currently operates from Munich, Germany. Therefore we offer support in both german and english language.
